It looks like we are off to another great start with the recent filming of an Indy Film "Beyond Control" starring Angela Featherstone and Mike Starr. The film is directed and produced by Patrick Jerome, founder and executive director of the Boston International Film Festival.
South Shore Casting principals, Nancy O'Brien and Susan Darian assisted with locations, casting and producing.
Thirty of SSC's favorite actors worked as Background Artists in the film. Two of our superstars, RT Wahlberg and James Barrett were cast in principal roles.
Special thanks to Susie at the Cathay Center for providing a great location for SSC's Fundraising Event for Diane Purdy's Children's Theatre Workshop, Inc. on Sat., January 23. Close to 100 of our supporters came out for an awesome night of Chinese food, the SAG Awards and Karaoke! Thanks to all!!
